Joseph Bark

Joseph Bark, 64, of Chouteau, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at his home. He was born on February 17, 1953 in Claremore; the son of Otis and Maxine (Ross) Bark. Joseph worked as a metal fabricator most of his life, working the longest for Parfab Industries, Inc. He loved music and playing his guitar; and the people around him loved to listen to him play. Joseph enjoyed garding, both flower and vegetable and watching college football on Saturdays. He also looked forward to spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 9, 2017 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor with Reverend Lorne Beck officiating. Burial will follow in the Euwasha Cemetery with Richard Dollarhide, Johnathon Childers, Erickson Bark, Andrew Hair, Rob Carrol, and Boyd Bark serving as casket bearers. Joseph is survived by his wife, Losanna (Little) Bark of the home; son, Duane Bark and wife Lori of Pryor, Okahoma; brother, Thomas Bark of Tenneesee; sister, Deborah Fields and husband Kenneth of Kansas, Oklahoma; and numerous grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Maxine Bark, son, Todd Bark and brother, Edmond Bark.
