Kimra Owen

Kimra Lyn Owen, 62, of Chouteau, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at her home. She was born on September 13, 1955 in Mangum, Oklahoma; the daughter of Dr. Wade Norman and Patricia (Simonton) Norman of Hollis, Oklahoma. Kimra worked as a homemaker most of her life and married Donald Scott Owen on May 16, 1990 in Waurika, Oklahoma. She enjoyed riding horses, barrel racing, playing cards, playing on the computer, and spending time on the lake. She was a wonderful wife, mother and sister and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kimra is survived by her husband, Donald Scott Owen; sons, Jeramie Bradford of Alva, Oklahoma and Jantz Bradford of Yukon, Oklahoma; daughter, Kyla Baucom and husband Shane of Amarillo, Texas; mother, Patricia Norman of Mangum, Oklahoma; sisters, Kayla Bogart and husband Curtis of Mangum, Oklahoma, Kelly Moore and husband Myron of Bushland, Texas and Karla Rippetoe and husband Craig of Hollis, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Ashli, Andon, Lexee, Katee, and Blaze, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Dr.Wade Norman and mother in law, Linda Gay Owen, and niece Tara Jo Deshazo.
