Allen Ladd Hayles, 43, of Glenpool, passed from this life on Friday, August 13, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on September 21, 1977 in Ada, Oklahoma; the son of Eric Ladd Hayles and Connie Jeanette Blankenship – Hayles. Allen grew up in the Mayes County area, graduating from Chouteau High School in 1996. He married the love of his life, Darla Boone, in 2000 and they have two wonderful children, Sydney and Beau. Allen loved baseball, especially coaching Beau’s baseball teams. He also enjoyed playing golf, camping at the lake, and watching his daughter, Sydney, play volleyball. He was an avid Oklahoma Sooners and Atlanta Braves fan. Allen was a loving husband, father, son, and friend to many and leaves this earth much too soon. He will be so dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial services for Allen will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Chouteau First Baptist Church. To leave his family a message, please visit his Tribute Wall at www.shipmansfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

Allen is survived by his wife, Darla, of the home; children, Sydney Hayles of Leavenworth, Kansas and Beau Hayles of Glenpool, Oklahoma; parents, Eric Hayles of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Connie Blankenship – Hayles of Chouteau, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mozelle and Willie Blankenship; and mother in law, Rhonda Webb.
