Allison Rebecca Hulvey

December 21, 1993 — October 5, 2023

Pryor

Allison Rebecca Hulvey, born on December 21, 1993, in Pryor OK, passed away on October 5, 2023, in her hometown at 29 years old.  She was a cherished mom, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece and friend of many.  Her spirit and prankster heart will be remembered by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.  She graduated from Pryor High School in the class of 2012.  Allison lived a life filled with love for all that she did.  Her love for cooking and baking was evident in the delicious 5 course meals she would whip up for family and friends and force you to eat.  Sharing these homemade creations brought joy not only to Allison but also to all those fortunate enough to savor them.  Additionally, Allison's mischievous side shone through when she played tricks on others.  You were either a victim or participant.  Allison had a specialty of roping in friends and family on her pranks that brought laughter and lightheartedness to any gathering.  Allison had a genuine fascination with true crime stories and also loved reading.  Allison adored clothes and makeup.  Above all, Allison treasured her family.  The bond they shared was unbreakable - a testament to the love and support that surrounded her throughout her life.  Allison loved her son Liam most of all.

Allison had a love for animals.  She schemed with her Dad to get a monkey but her mom put an end to their dreams and said no.  Allison was a trained cosmetologist.  When she left cosmetology, she still used her skills only for her sisters, family and lucky friends when she could fit you in her schedule.

Allison's impact on this world extends beyond her personal accomplishments.  Her passing leaves behind a void in the hearts of countless individuals who were touched by her compassion, kindness, and unwavering spirit.  Despite our sorrow, we choose to celebrate Allison's life - a life lived passionately, joyfully, and with an unyielding commitment to those she held dear.

Allison is survived by her parents, Cathy Ward and Marty Ward of Pryor; son, Liam Gipson of Pryor; sisters, Erica McCammon and husband Nathan of Pryor and Ashley Ward and partner Hunter Rosebrough of Pryor.  Brothers, Joshua West and wife Kadee of Pryor, Bobby Ward and wife Becky of Pryor, and Dalton Ward and wife Hillary of Pryor.  Grandparents, Billy West of Pryor, OK, Becky Capps of Arizona, and Henry Ward of Hulbert, OK. Great grandparents Marvelyn Braaten of Locust Grove, OK and Dorothy Capps of Tulsa, OK. She has numerous nieces and no nephews (she gave us our only boy), cousins, aunts and uncles.
