Bernard Lee Williams

Bernard Lee Williams, 80, of Claremore, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023 in Claremore. He was born on November 5, 1942 in Pryor; the son of Lloyd Williams and Dorothy (Madole) Williams. Bernard faithfully served his country in the United States Army. He worked various jobs throughout his lifetime and was proud of his time as an undersheriff at Osage County Sheriff Department. Bernard was an avid outdoorsman, and looked forward to going hunting and fishing and spending time with nature. He leaves behind many memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bernard is survived by his sons, Mark Williams and wife, Ylana of Claremore, Oklahoma and Michael Williams of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Jerry Williams of Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Ellen Williams of Claremore, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Dorothy Williams; and 4 siblings.
