Billy Allen Rhine, also known as Bill, passed away on July 5, 2023, in Pryor, Oklahoma. He was born on June 15, 1954, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Bill had a fulfilling life and leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Bill had a diverse career that showcased his industrious nature and dedication to hard work. He drove a truck for Hiland for several years, where he displayed exemplary skills and commitment to his profession. Additionally, he served as a maintenance man for Fidler Properties, demonstrating his versatility and ability to handle various responsibilities.

Throughout his life, Bill was known for his joyful disposition and genuine personality. He approached every situation with happiness and humility, making him well-loved by all who crossed his path. His warmth and affectionate nature left an indelible mark on the hearts of his friends and family.

Bill's love for his country led him to serve in the United States Army. He also dedicated time to the National Guard, further exemplifying his loyalty and patriotism. His military service highlights his commitment to protecting the values he held dear.

In his leisure time, Bill enjoyed indulging in hobbies that brought him joy and relaxation. He had a deep passion for fishing and camping, finding solace in the tranquility of nature's embrace. As an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks, he never missed an opportunity to support his beloved team. Music played a significant role in Bill's life; he found solace in playing his guitar at church services and embraced the works of George Jones.

Amongst Bill's proudest accomplishments was building a life filled with love and happiness alongside Glenda Woodward. The couple exchanged vows in Huntsville, Arkansas in 1982 and celebrated many wonderful years together.

Bill will be deeply missed by his surviving family members: Glenda Rhine, his loving wife of Pryor; their son Casey Rhine and his wife Sarah from Pryor; and his cherished granddaughter Avah Rhine, also from Pryor. He is also survived by his brothers Ricky Rhine and wife Mary from Sacramento, CA, Mike Brown, and Hubert Smith of Farmington, AR; as well as his sisters Christine Brown from Kansas, Debbie Clark from Riverton, KS, and Cathy Walters from Farmington, AR.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Rhine and Rose Burson, as well as his infant brother Bobby Rhine. Their memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved them.

Bill's impact on the lives of those around him cannot be overstated. His kindness, humility, and infectious happiness will be remembered with immense fondness. While we mourn the loss of such a remarkable individual, it is essential to celebrate the remarkable life that was Billy Allen "Bill" Rhine. 

A funeral service for Bill will take place at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Centerpoint Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with Pastor Gene Jennings and Pastor Cody Chambliss officiating. Private interment will take place at Graham Memorial Cemetery in Pryor. Casey Rhine, Blake Turner, Brendal Rector, Paul Woodward, Michael Pelfrey, and Clinton Turner will serve as casket bearers.
