Billy Lee Roy Allen was born on June 6, 1930 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Frank and Irene (Johnson) Allen. He departed this life on February 10, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 90 years. On November 7, 2003 Billy Allen and Rhonda Haley were united in marriage. The couple has been married for over 17 years. Together they attended the Pentecostal Church of God in Pryor. Billy worked as a sales manager with Love Bottling Company for many years. He started the YBRA, Youth Bull Riding Association. Billy had a passion for buying and selling miniature ponies and tinkering around the Flatrock Farm. Billy loved his family dearly, especially his grandkids.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Pentecostal Church of God in Pryor. Reverend Trae Mullin will officiate. Burial will be in the Ross- Mayes Cemetery in Salina, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 15, 2021 at Shipman’s Funeral Home. Billy is survived by: his wife Rhonda of the home; 3 sons: Roger Allen of Georgia, Greg Kjonegaard of Flatrock, and Rusty Foster and wife Kris of Salina; 2 daughters: Brenda Latta and husband Jim of Las Vegas and Shannon Wade of Pryor; 3 brothers: Bo Allan and wife Bertha of Louisiana, Al Allen and wife Sue of Arizona, and John Allen of Washington; sister: Shirley Ferreira of California; 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Billy is preceded in death by: his parents; brother Stan Allen and sister Edna Morrison; his son Hank Wilson; and granddaughter Shelley Wilson.
