Brenda Lee Harvey, 53, a loving wife, mother, nana, sister, aunt, and a special mom and friend to many, passed away on November 3, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on October 30, 1970, in Sakhon Nakhon, Thailand.

Brenda had an accomplished career as an administrative assistant for ODOT for 12 years, 1 month, and 23 days. Her hard work and dedication made her an invaluable member of the team. She approached her work with professionalism and grace, leaving behind a legacy of excellence.

However, Brenda's proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren. They held a special place in her heart, and she loved supporting them in anything they participated in. Brenda was their number one fan at every sporting event and was always there to cheer them on. Her unwavering love and support have left an indelible mark on their lives.

When Brenda wasn't busy being a dedicated mother and grandmother, she loved exploring new experiences. She enjoyed visiting the casino and trying her luck. Her adventurous spirit also led her to discover new restaurants and various types of foods. 

During this time of mourning and remembrance, let us hold dear the memories we shared with Brenda Lee Harvey. She was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of those around her with kindness, love, and compassion. May she rest in eternal peace knowing that she made a difference in the lives she touched.

Brenda leaves behind a multitude of cherished family members and friends who will forever hold her close to their hearts. She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Paul Harvey Sr., who will continue to cherish the beautiful memories they created together. Brenda's children were the pride and joy of her life - Paul Harvey Jr. and his wife Bailey of Broken Arrow, OK; Chris Harvey of Salina, OK; and Alyssa Foos and her husband Brody of Pryor, OK; mother, Saichon Fillmore; brother, Michael Evans of Salina, OK; sisters, Saisunee Fillmore of Salina, OK, and Cathy Kelley and her husband Phillip McGehee, Arkansas also mourn her loss.

Brenda's legacy will be carried on by her adored grandchildren - Easton Scott Harvey, Anneston Davis Harvey, and Sutton Sage Harvey. They were the light of her life and brought immense joy to her days. Brenda's love for them will forever be cherished. 


A memorial service for Brenda will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Lorne Beck officiating. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel.
