Services for Carl Lewis will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. in the Pentecostal Church of God in Pryor, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Chouteau West Cemetery in Chouteau, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends and family at Shipman's Funeral Chapel from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
