Cathy Ann Austin

Cathy Ann (Ward) Austin was born on October 27th, 1952, and passed away on June 5th, 2025. She attended Salina School and graduated in 1972. On July 15th, 1972, she married George "Eddie" Austin in Salina. They were married 53 years, 11 months, and 5 days until her warranty ran out. She enjoyed going to garage sales, doing crosswords, and spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-granddaughters. She leaves behind many memories for her family to cherish and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Austin; two sons, Eddie and Jennifer Austin, and Billy Austin; one daughter, Jamie and Greg Silva; six grandchildren, Tyler, Brock, Bobby, Hallie, Gabriel, and Beau; two great-granddaughters, Everleigh and Karsyn; one brother, Kevin Ward; and one sister, Patty Bark. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and four brothers.
