Cecil Geneva Baldwin, 80, passed away in Tulsa on Sunday, March 7, 2010. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in the Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery with Reverend Andy Pilant officiating. The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral Cremation Service.
