Charlotte Hopkins, 82, of Adair, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 in New Mexico. She was born on November 18, 1938 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma; the daughter of Harlan Carey and Lucille Rachel (Harris) Carey.
