Christopher George Blossom was born on October 16, 1963 in Pryor, Oklahoma to Wilma Blossom Kingfisher. He departed this life on January 18, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 57 years. Over the years Chris worked for Sav Mor, American Roofing in Tulsa, Fabricut, and GRDA.  Chris worked for GRDA from April 22, 1999 until January 18, 2021 as an Inventory and Asset Management Technician IV. He enjoyed listening to the Gaithers, but The Goodmans were his favorite. He has always liked the song “Amazing Grace” and “This is What Heaven Means to Me.” In his pastime, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He thought a lot about his friends at work, he always made people laugh and he enjoyed helping others. Chris loved spending time with his granddaughter Lilly, family, and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Chris is survived by his wife, Shelly Blossom; daughter, Kristal Schmitt and husband Bobby; granddaughter, Lilly; mother-in-law, Doris McMahan; sisters, Linda Youngbird and Penny Berry; brothers, Johnny Jr. Kingfisher, Thomas Kingfisher, Jonathon Kingfisher, Terrel Kingfisher, Eric Kingfisher, and Larry Linn; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Kingfisher; grandparents, Sam and Jenny Blossom; father-in-law, Jerry McMahan; and brother, Derek Kingfisher.
