Courtney Val Cuthbertson

September 6, 1980 — July 26, 2022

Commerce

Courtney Val Cuthbertson, age 41, loving mother of two, passed away on July 26th, 2022. Courtney was born on September 6th 1980. She was born and raised in Miami, Oklahoma with her mother Susan Elaine Cuthbertson. Courtney went to Commerce High School, where she, ran track, worked as lifeguard and also worked at the Miami veterinarian hospital. Later on in life she had her two kids, Kelsey Val Cantrell and Caleb Riley Cantrell. Courtney was a free spirit. Always helping others and always seeing the good in people. There was never a single person Courtney would not help. Her gift from God was helping others even when others wouldn’t help her. Courtney loved going on bike rides, walks, being with her children, and anything that made her feel free. To Courtney her world was her children and family. Courtney was the nicest, goofiest, most caring, and loving person you could ever meet. Her favorite saying was I love you more than all the Numbers of the world when she would be talking to her children and whenever anyone felt sad or scared, she would always say Always think of puppy dogs and ice cream. She will be greatly missed by many especially by her aunt Val and uncle Jimmy, her mother, and two children.

She is survived by her mother, Susan Cuthbertson and two children Kelsey Val Cantrell and Caleb Riley Cantrell.

Courtney is in heaven feeling as free as she ever could with nana Clark and boom. “No matter what always see the good even when there isn’t any good to see”

A private service will be held with close friends and family
