Danette Earline Jackson, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on March 4, 1968, in Pryor, Oklahoma, Danette lived a life marked by kindness and dedication to her family and friends.

Danette attended Pryor schools for twelve years, graduating with the class of 1986. After high school Danette attended college at Rogers State University where she obtained her associate's degree in business management. In her later years she was employed with Rocmnd Area Youth Services for over 20 years. Throughout her life, she was known for her generous spirit and her willingness to help others. She had a big heart and was always there for her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. Known for her sometimes imperfect punctuality, she could always be counted on to show up and support her family and friends no matter the circumstance.

She found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren, capturing their special moments through photos. Danette also enjoyed camping trips, reading, and as a child, she loved dancing and baton twirling. Her fondness for ballerina figurines represented her youthful interests, and she took pleasure in yard sales and thrifting, always on the lookout for a good bargain. In January 1993, she married Kevin Jackson, with whom she shared many happy years raising her family in Zena, Oklahoma. Danette also worked at Harps in Salina, Oklahoma before moving to Zena, where she met and inspired many within her community.

Danette’s warmth, generosity, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Danette is survived by her husband, Kevin Jackson of the home; her sons, Koree Jackson and Kasey Jackson, along with his wife Samantha, all of Pryor, Oklahoma; daughters, Kadie Atkinson and her husband Blake of Grove, Oklahoma, and Kami Puckett and her husband Asa of Pryor, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her parents, Danny and Janice (Torres) Littlefield of Pryor, Oklahoma; her brother, Danny Littlefield Jr., also of Pryor; and her beloved grandchildren: Lani, Lexi, Laya, Colter, Haley, Nate, Drake, Jayden, Maddi, Jerry, Olivia, and Rorey.

Danette was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roberta and Bill Torres; paternal grandparents, Frank and Pauline Littlefield; Her father-in-law Larry Jackson; Her uncles Frank Littlefield Jr., John Littlefield, and Paul Littlefield, and her aunts, Earline Newby, Carol Donaldson, Norma Sue Taylor, and Francine Neal. She is also preceded by her cousins Bob Littlefield and Paul Wayne Littlefield. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 4, 2026, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor with Pastor Bradley Jinks officiating.
