David Gyle Farley, passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 6, 2023. Born on September 2, 1971, in Tulsa, David's life was marked by hard work, a helping spirit, and a love for his family and friends. David graduated from Coweta High School as part of the Class of 1990 before he started his career as a pipefitter.  David dedicated the majority of his life to his career as a pipefitter. Known for his expertise and skillful craftsmanship, he left an indelible mark through his work at Exterran Broken Arrow Plant, Alfa Laval, where he worked his way up to plant manager at both locations. His commitment and dedication were evident in every project he undertook. Beyond his professional achievements, David held a special place in the hearts of those who knew him. His ornery nature added a touch of spice to every interaction. Yet, despite this mischievous spirit, he had an unwavering desire to help anyone and everyone in need. David was known for going out of his way to extend an open hand to those struggling or simply seeking companionship. When not hard at work or lending a hand, David found peace in pursuing his various hobbies and interests. He enjoyed watching football and was a fan of the Oklahoma Sooners. Fishing was one such activity that brought him immense joy. Whether casting his line into calm waters or embarking on fishing trips to Lake Texoma with his nephew and close friends, he cherished the moments spent together. Above all else, family and friends held the utmost importance to David.  He delighted in their company and cherished any opportunity to spend quality time together. Creating lasting memories through shared experiences was something he treasured deeply. As we say our final goodbyes to David Gyle Farley today, let us hold onto the lessons he taught us - to work hard, help others selflessly, and find joy in the simplest of pleasures. He may be gone from our sight but will forever remain in our hearts.
