He is survived by his wife, Cheri Frazier, and his children, alongside his brothers Jack Frazier and Timothy Frazier, as well as his sisters Lou Ann Henson, Jeanette Dykshoorn, Judy Raglin, Carol Swann, Tammy Wright, and Paula Smith. David was also a proud grandfather of eight and a great-grandfather to two, leaving behind a growing legacy that will carry on his spirit.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Ruth (Rowland) Frazier. His memory will endure through the countless lives he touched with his kindness and unwavering love for his family.
