Dino "Oogeloot" Kingfisher

Dino “Oogeloot” Kingfisher, 52, passed from this life on Friday, April 21, 2023, in Pryor, Oklahoma.  He was born on July 7, 1970 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the son of Richard Kingfisher and Mary (Walker) Kingfisher. Dino attended and graduated from Salina High School with the class of 1988. On February 14, 1993, he married Cheryl Moore at the Mt. Calvary Church in Salina, Oklahoma. Dino was a prolific, talented artist producing many beautiful pieces of art.  He was very musical and a master guitarist. Dino served as a governing elder and worship leader for the Salina All Nations Church. He loved playing softball and playing in church league. Dino especially loved playing music with his sons and grandson, passing on the art and love of music to the next generations. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family, especially when it came to his children and grandchildren. Dino loved his Lord, his family and his many friends who will cherish his artwork and memories he leaves behind for all to remember.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2023, in the Blue Springs Church with Reverends Lorne Beck and Brian Soldier officiating.  To leave a personal message to his family, please visit his Guestbook at www.shipmansfuneralhome.com. Dino is survived by his wife, Cheryl Kingfisher of the home; his mother, Mary Kingfisher of Salina, OK; sons, Rance Eagle Kingfisher and fiancé, Audrey Thompson of Claremore, OK, Talon Hawk Kingfisher and wife, Rachel of Spavinaw, OK, Seth Cougar Kingfisher and fiancé, Eve Wise of Salina, OK; two grandchildren, Fletcher Fox Kingfisher and Ambrosia Walela Kingfisher; one grandson on the way, Kenai Yona Kingfisher; and many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Kingfisher; and numerous cousins and other relatives.
