In 1988, Don married Bertie in Miami, Oklahoma. Their union was characterized by love, mutual respect, and shared values, with the couple frequently attending services at the Pentecostal Church of God in Pryor. Donald's warm spirit extended beyond his family as he delighted in hosting cookouts for their church family, fostering a strong sense of community among friends and neighbors.
Don was known for his mechanical skills and enjoyed working on various projects, often embracing the joy of fixing and creating.
He is survived by his four children, ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, who will carry forward his legacy of resilience and love. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Lois (Johnson) Fultz, and his beloved wife, Bertie Fultz, who left this world shortly before him in April 2025.
Don's memory will continue to inspire all who knew him, as they remember a father, grandfather, and friend whose life was a testament to his enduring spirit and dedication to his family and faith.
