Donald Hugh Harlow

Donald Hugh Harlow, 75, of Chouteau, passed away on October 6, 2025, at his home. He was born on August 26, 1950, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He faithfully served in the United States Navy. Serving in Vietnam, he received the National Defense Service Medal. 

Donald obtained his bachelor's degree from OSU and taught at Cameron University.
