Francine Ann Neel

Francine Ann Neel, beloved daughter, sister, mother, and Nanny, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2023, in Claremore, Oklahoma. She was born on April 12, 1948, in Pryor, Oklahoma. Francine had a wonderful childhood in Pryor and was a graduate of Pryor High School in the Class of 1966. She cherished her time in school and formed lifelong friendships with her classmates. Following her education, Francine embarked on a journey filled with love, joy, and dedication to those she cared about. She was baptized in the First Free Will Baptist Church during her younger years and held a profound connection to her faith throughout her life. In addition to her devotion to her faith, Francine was an avid sports fan. She cheered passionately for the OU Sooners, OKC Thunder, and Dallas Cowboys. When sports were not playing, you could find her engrossed in classic television shows like Gunsmoke or challenging herself with trivia on Jeopardy. Francine also took immense pride in her Littlefield family lineage. She cherished the memories of family gatherings and the stories shared by loved ones who came before her. Family meant everything to Francine, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Regardless of the event or occasion, she made sure to attend and shower them with love and support. Alongside her dedication to family and friends, Francine had a special place in her heart for animals. Her beloved dog Mollie brought so much joy into her life with their playful moments and loyal companionship. Francine will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Francine is survived by her daughter, Cyndi George and husband Wayne of Claremore, Oklahoma; brother, Danny Littlefield and wife Jan of Pryor, Oklahoma; Sister-in-law, Penny Littlefield of Pryor, Oklahoma; Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren: Kayleigh Jackson, husband Walter Tate, Jr., Kaysha, and Kyrie.  Hattie Briggs, husband Chas, Alli, Jacob, and Avery; Bonus Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren: Robbie Jackson, wife Auni, Zaed and Maci; Calen Jackson, wife Krystal, Kyndi, Christian, and Keyera; Brittany Hitchcock, husband Darrek, and Barrett; and Blake George and Everly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Oscar Franklin Littlefield and mother Pauline Fountia (Conner) Littlefield; husband Robert Wayne Neel; sisters Carol Donaldson and Norma Taylor; brothers Frank Junior Littlefield, Cecil Littlefield, John Littlefield, and Paul "Popeye" Littlefield; nephews Paul Wayne Littlefield and Bobby Littlefield; and her adored dog Maddie.

Visitation services to honor Francine will be held on August 16, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Shipman's Funeral Home in Pryor. Funeral services will take place on August 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the First Free Will Baptist Church located at 107 S Ora St in Pryor, Oklahoma. Honorary casket bearers will be Danny Littlefield, Wayne George, Walter Tate, Jr., Chas Briggs, Robbie Jackson, Calen Jackson, Blake George, and Rob Jackson.
