George Miller

George F. Miller was born on December 13, 1929 in Salina, Ok. He passed away on April 30, 2010 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 80 years. The son of Joe Miller Sadie é��â‚é..."Beckemieré��â‚é�� Miller, he grew up on the prairie West of Salina, and attended school at rural Mayes School near Salina. Mr. Miller was an electrician by trade and had worked in Colorado for several years before returning back to Mayes County in the 1968. He was married to Elaine Casey on Dec. 26, 1964 in Denver, CO. George loved life and loved to tell jokes, hunting, fishing, and being with friends and family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday May 14, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Salina, Ok. Reverend Johnnie Faught will officiate; and a private family burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery of Pryor with services under the direction of the Shipmané��â‚â„�s Funeral Cremation Service of Pryor. Geatches Veronica of Wheaton, IL. 6- Great Grandchildren 3-Great Great Grandchildren. 1-Sister Evelyn Swearengin husband Junior of Pryor, Ok, 2-sisters-in-laws; Alene Miller of Miami, Ok, and Tuyet Miller of Pryor and a host of nieces nephews. He was preceded in death by 2-Brothers; Joe Miller Bill Miller, 4-Sisters; Madeline Niedhammer, Elsie Charles, Omah Guthrie, Elma Spencer and his parents.
