Imogene Dorothy Wester, 84, of Pryor, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at her home. She was born on July 25, 1937, in Big Cabin, Oklahoma; the daughter of Orville and Maggie (Boyd) Kincade. She enjoyed attending the North Elliott Church of God, as well as various church activities. She was well-known for loving people and always enjoyed the company of others. She loved to shop and liked anytime she could find a garage sale. Imogene looked forward to making floral arrangements for her church and for her family and friends. She also loved to cook, bake, and play dominoes. Most of all, she loved her family and the time spent with them. She leaves behind many wonderful memories for all to cherish and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 25, 2022, in the Big Cabin Cemetery with Pastor Ronnie Gaines officiating. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2022, at Shipman’s Funeral Home. Honorary casket bearers will be Heath Ragsdale, Tyler Ragsdale, Lonnie Teague, Christian Bolding, and Mark Whitley. She is survived by her son, Danny Ragsdale and wife Terri of Pryor; daughter, Marilyn Lewis and husband Mark Hendrick of Pryor; sister, Betty Austin of Pryor; grandchildren, Heath and Tyler Ragsdale, and Sara and Natalie Lewis; 6 great grandchildren, Trace, Kai, Nash, Asher, Colt, and Sloane; 5 nieces; and 4 nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Maggie Kincade; husband, Bob Ragsdale; husband, Buford Wester; brother, Ruel Kincade; and grandson, Ryan Ragsdale.
