Janice Lantz

Janice “Jan” Christine Lantz, 61, of Pryor, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at her home. She was born on April 5, 1958 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma; the daughter of John and Christine (Thompson) Hamilton. She worked as a homemaker most of her life and married Dale Lantz on June 22, 1981 in Miami, Oklahoma. Jan enjoyed genealogy, spending time with her grandchildren and quilting. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister who leaves behind many wonderful memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jan is survived by her husband, Dale Lantz of the home; sons, Gary Lantz and fiancé Leonora Scelfo of Austin, Texas and Johnny Lantz of Omaha, Nebraska; brothers, Phil Hamilton, Doug Hamilton, and David Hamilton of Beggs, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren, Kyle Thompson and wife Jordyn, Aubrey Kae Morales and husband Alexander, Allen Lantz, Kendan Lantz, and Aisley Rose Lantz; great grandchildren, Delilah Rose Morales, Asher Morales, and Catalina Rae Morales; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, Christine Hamilton and one great grandchild, Delilah.
