Judy Diane Harris, age 74, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, in Tulsa. She was born on November 12, 1951, in Red Bluff, California to Opie and Lorraine (Emme) Crawford.

Judy married the love of her life, Robert Harris, and together they built a life centered around family, community, and supporting others. For more than 30 years, Judy dedicated her life to education as a special education teacher at Salina Public Schools. She had a heart for helping children and made a lasting impact on countless students and families throughout the years.

She was a proud and devoted Salina Wildcat fan who rarely missed the opportunity to cheer on Salina athletics. Judy also loved attending Special Olympics events through the school, playing bingo, visiting casinos, going on cruises, and most of all, spending treasured time with her family and grandchildren. Some of her greatest joys came from watching her grandchildren, Hayes and Aubra, at their T-ball games.

Judy is survived by her son, JD Harris and wife Jessica of Claremore; grandchildren Hayes Harris, Aubra Harris, and Avery Davis; mother, Lorraine Crawford of Pryor, Oklahoma; brothers Richard Crawford and wife Linda of Grove and Steve Crawford and wife Becky of Claremore; sisters Sandra Cooksey and husband Dirk of Pryor and Cheryl Swearengin of Salina; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, former students, and colleagues who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Opie Crawford; her husband, Robert Harris; her brother, Butch Crawford; and her sister, Connie Haley.

Judy will be remembered for her caring heart, unwavering support of her family and community, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. Her memory will continue to live on in the lives she touched and the family she cherished so deeply.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2026, in the Salina Gymnasium with Reverend Lorne Beck officiating. Burial will be in the Ross – Mayes Cemetery with Micah Richards, Teagan Byrd, Jyce Glass, Deagen Pickup, Cody Wheeler, Maverick Williamson, Elijah Gardner, and Eli Swarer serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Matt Williams, Matt Simmons, Jake Tanner, Ty Thompson, TW Estes, Tony Thomas, Zack Cowan, and Scott Winfield.
