Katy Lou Carroll

Katy Lou Carroll passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Katy was born on January 11, 1955, in Beaumont, Texas, to Thomas and Helen (Hurst) Warren. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and dedicated her career to caring for others as a registered nurse. 

Her compassionate nature was evident both in her work and in the way she cared for those she loved. Katy especially treasured her grandchildren and played an important role in their lives. She was like a second mother to them, always providing love, care, and support. Her grandchildren held a very special place in her heart, and the time she spent with them brought her great joy. Katy also had a special love for cats and enjoyed their companionship throughout the years.

Katy is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Helen Warren; her husband, Raymond Carroll; her son, Scott Carroll; and her brother, Ralph Carroll. She is survived by her children, Amanda Beims and husband Nathan of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Nick Carroll and wife Sabine of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, William, Jonas, Sarah, Madilyn, Willow, and Link. Katy will be remembered for her caring heart, her devotion to her family, and the love she so freely gave to those around her.
