Kirby Leon Mullins, beloved father and PaPa, passed away on April 9, 2024. He was born on February 18, 1953, to his parents, JB and Velma (Stewart) Mullins, in Nowata, Oklahoma.
 
 Kirby was a patriot at heart, with his dedication to his country extending past his service in the Army, through his work at the Claremore VA as a mechanical contractor. His vibrant personality was marked by his sharp sense of humor that never failed to bring joy to those around him. Beyond his professional life, Kirby found immense joy in various hobbies and interests. He had a passion for motorcycles and his beloved Gold Wing motorcycle was his pride and joy. In his free time, he enjoyed watching movies, visiting diners, savoring his coffee, exploring outer space, and spending quality time with loved ones. Family meant everything to Kirby, and he treasured moments spent with them above all else. His circle of friends held a special place in his heart, and he loved nothing more than hanging out with them and sharing laughter together.
 
 Kirby leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and unwavering dedication to those he held dear. He will be deeply missed by his surviving family members and friends who were touched by his kind spirit and infectious sense of humor.

Kirby is survived by his daughters, Brandy Nevett of Chouteau, Oklahoma, and Rebecca Odle of Mulvane, Kansas; grandchildren, Kory Kaup and wife Emily of Mazie, Oklahoma, Elizabeth Hall of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Kathryn Hall of Salina, Oklahoma, Abigayle Nevett of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Taylor Richards of Mulvane, Kansas, and Shelby Stoker of Mulvane, Kansas; one great-grandchild, McKena Darnell; as well as many extended family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, JB and Velma Mullins; and brother, Larry Mullins.
