Leo Goedecke

Leo Herbert Goedecke, 90, of Adair, passed away on January 24, 2022 in Cypress, Texas. He was born on August 9, 1931 in Adair, Oklahoma; the son of Christian Robert and Henrietta Voss Goedecke. He married Mildred B. Williams on December 29, 1965 in Adair, Oklahoma. He worked as a dairyman, carpenter, farmer, and at Phillips Drisco Pipe in Pryor. Leo loved the outdoors, talking about the weather, farming and in his later life gardening. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial services will be held in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Adair, Oklahoma with Pastor Dwight Moeller officiating. The time and date of the service is pending at this time. Leo is survived by his daughter, Linda Conner and husband Dean of Cypress, Texas; 2 granddaughters, Anna Conner and Sara Conner; and 8 nephews and a niece. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Goedecke; parents, C.R. and Henrietta Goedecke; brothers Harold Goedecke and Karl Goedecke; sisters, Lorene Unruh and Mathilda Scott.
