Margaret Hernandez

Margaret Irene Hernandez, 75, of Disney, passed from this life on Thursday, January 14, 2021 Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on June 22, 1945 in Oak Park, Illinois; the daughter of Vance Willis Newman and Alice Anna (Muskemp) Newman. Margaret worked for many years as a nurse, working at Mays Plus Home Health. In 1997, she married Ring Hernandez. Together, they worked for many trucking companies and drove semi-trucks. In her pastime, she enjoyed doing crafts such as canvas painting, crocheting, and coloring adult coloring books. Margaret was a loving mother, sister, and friend who leaves behind many wonderful memories.

Margaret is survived by her son, Kenneth Klapel of Tuscan, Arizona; and sister, Rachel Graham of Disney, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vance and Alice.
