Mark Proctor, a man known for his warm heart and infectious humor, passed away on May 10, 2024, in Pryor. He was born on March 9, 1968, in Claremore, Oklahoma, and throughout his life, he brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. Mark dedicated numerous years of his life to working in various plants, where his hard work and dedication were truly admirable. However, it was his playful spirit and kind nature that truly defined him. Mark had a unique ability to make everyone around him feel at ease with his jokes and friendly demeanor. He cherished the moments spent with his family, especially family gatherings where he could share laughter and stories. Outside of work, Mark had a few passions that brought him immense joy. He had a talent for playing the guitar. He also loved spending time outdoors, whether it was playing horseshoes with friends or casting a line while fishing. But above all else, Mark treasured the moments he spent with his grandchildren, children, and extended family. Mark will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of his surviving family members.
 
 A funeral service to honor and celebrate Mark's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 17, 2024, at Wickliffe School Gym in Salina, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in the Euwasha Cemetery with Anthony Proctor, Brandon Littledave, Zarion Proctor, Stephen Proctor, Leon Wilsie, Leroy Contrell, William Littledave, Jr., and Oodie Lee Cummings. Honorary casket bearers will be Dustin Wolfe, Mike Sanders, Tommy Wolfe, Ike Littledave and Arthur Harley. Visitation and wake service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, starting at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 16, 2023, at Shipman’s Funeral Home in Pryor, Oklahoma.  Mark is survived by his children, Zarion Proctor and Shayla Alexander of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, Dustin Wolfe and wife Jessica of Stilwell, Oklahoma; Michael Wolfe of Great Plains, Oklahoma; Amanda Martinez and husband Tino; stepdaughters, Chasity and Jody Rock of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; mother, Mina Littledave of Kenwood, Oklahoma; brothers, Anthony Proctor and Pam Budder of Kenwood, Oklahoma, Stephen Proctor and Dani Stone of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Leon Wilsie of Salina, Oklahoma, and Brandon Littledave and wife Crystal of Pryor, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jaqueline Proctor; father, Wesley Proctor; and stepson, Matt Rock.
