Melvin Ellinger, II

Melvin Garrett Ellinger II, 58, of Pryor, passed from this life on Monday, January 3, 2022 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born on January 1, 1964 in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina; the son of James and Mary Ann (Kubach) Carter. Melvin enjoyed working on vehicles and worked for his brother for over 20 plus years at his shop, E & C Retreading. He also enjoyed watching movies and playing cards. Melvin was a loving brother, uncle, and friend who leaves us much too soon. He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Melvin is survived by his brother, William Ellinger of Inola; sister, Georjette Robbins; 5 nieces, LeAnn Vernon, Elizabeth Thomas,  Amber Thomas,  Jennifer Ellinger and  Sarah O’Riordan; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary.
