Melvin Hershberger

Melvin D. Hershberger, 84, of Chouteau, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on August 17, 1934 in Dundee, Ohio; the son of Danny Hershberger and Rebecca (phfiester) Hershberger. He faithfully served in the United States Army. He worked as a truck driver most of his life at D&D Sexton. He enjoyed going to church events and was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Missouri. He also was active in the Chouteau Senior Center and looked forward to attending and playing Bingo, playing pool and dominoes. He leaves behind many memories for his family to remember.

Melvin is survived by his wife, Mildred Walsh - Hershberger of the home; sons, Delmar Hershberger, Richard Hershberger, Melvin Hershberger, and George Hershberger; daughter, Becky Hershberger; brother, Vernon Hershberger and wife Becky; and sisters, Mary Synder and Susie Miller; and many other relatives and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Danny and Rebecca Hershberger; and 2 brothers.
