Michael James Bark II, 16, of Salina, passed away on May 3, 2021 near his home in Salina, Oklahoma. He was born on July 9, 2004 in Claremore, Oklahoma; the son of Michael and Stephanie Bark. Michael grew up and attended Salina Public Schools until 2020 and was currently enrolled in Epic Charter Schools. While Michael attended Salina Schools, he was active with the football and archery teams. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding motorcycles, welding, running heavy equipment and he especially enjoyed hanging out with his Uncle Bub. Michael never met a stranger. He would help anyone and everyone, whether you need help or not. Michael learned at a very young age how to weld and help his dad; welding ignited a fire in that boy like no other. Michael loved to learn how to do new things, he was always looking for his next job. He loved to work and make money; he was a very responsible young man. Michael loved his family, he was blessed to be the oldest to Ashley, Hunter, Levi, and Maybel. He was the best big brother, and always helped his mom with his younger siblings. They all looked up to him. He was always involved with all of the family, he didn’t care if you were blood related or not, if he gave you the title of family, then you were always family. Michael was a loving son, brother, and friend to many who leaves this earth much too soon. He will be so dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
