Patricia "Patty" Gifford

Patricia Luann Gifford, 48, of Eucha, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 in Tulsa. She was born on October 31, 1970 in Tulsa, Oklahoma; the daughter of Oran Patrick York and Violet York. Patty worked for Cherokee Nation in the Registration Department for many years, known as the Go – To lady, she was the one who could make things happen and was loved and respected by all who came in contact with her. She enjoyed all outdoor activities, including camping and fishing. Patty also enjoyed writing and was an avid reader. She also looked forward to traveling and spending time with her family. She loved each moment spend with her husband, children and grandchildren. Patty was a beautiful woman, with a heart for helping people, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Patty is survived by her husband, Vince Mouse of the home; sons, Tyler Gifford and fiancé Baileigh Wheeler of Coweta, Oklahoma and Zackery Mouse of Verdigris, Oklahoma; daughters, Jessica Duvall and husband Christopher of Claremore, Oklahoma and Kaitlin Streber and husband Dillon of Enid, Oklahoma; mother, Violet York of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brothers, Duane York and wife Diane of Keene, Texas and Alan York of Burleson, Texas; sisters, Sherry Bonner and husband Fred of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tammie Rudelis of Clovis, California and Christi Lewis of Catoosa, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, Malachi, Reianna, Violet, Stella, Genesis, Hendrix, and Aurora; 2 great grandchildren, Clement and Sebastian; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Oran York, and sister, Lori Douglas
