Randy Ray Franklin

Randy Ray Franklin, 63, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born on May 22, 1963, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to Ray and Joyce (Swearingin) Franklin.

Randy was a talented craftsman who enjoyed working with leather and creating handmade belts and wallets. He also enjoyed building model ships, fishing, reading, and learning about history. Randy had a curious mind and especially liked listening to conspiracy theories.

In 2013, Randy married Marina in Walla Walla, Washington. Together, they shared 13 years of marriage and many cherished memories.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Marina Franklin of the home; his daughter, Sarah House of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters, Brenda Maner of Pryor, Oklahoma, and Toni Mynahan and husband Carl of Salina, Oklahoma; his brother-in-law, Jon House of Flat Rock, Alabama; and his sister-in-law, Lucie House of Flat Rock, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Joyce Franklin, and his brother, Doug Franklin.

Randy will be remembered for his creativity, his many interests, and the memories he shared with those who knew and loved him.
