Richard Hinkel

Richard Hutchison Hinkel, 62, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2010. Richard was born on September 3, 1947 in Easton, Pennsylvania, the son of Donald Carlton Hinkel and Francis (Hutchison) Hinkel. Richard faithfully served his Country in the United States Army. He married Patricia Lehning on May 18, 1974 in Seneca Falls, New York. Richard was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Pryor. He had just retired after 33 years of service from Lone Star Cement Company. Richard was a wonderful husband, brother and friend. He will be so very missed by all who knew and loved him. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. John's Lutheran Church with Reverend Barry Schwiesow officiating. Richard is survived by his wife, Patricia Hinkel of the home; his daughter, Shannon Lacey Hinkel of Pryor, OK; his brother, Robert C. Hinkel of Pryor, OK; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Francis Hinkel; one brother Donald Carlton Hinkel, Jr.
