Rickey Massey

Rickey Charles Massey, 65, of Big Cabin, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 in Pryor. He was born on April 17, 1957 in Cullman, Alabama; the son of Charles and Doris (Burnam) Massey. He worked as a truck driver for many years and enjoyed tinkering with old cars when he wasn’t working. He also loved shooting guns. Above all, his family remembers Rickey as a storyteller. He enjoyed telling stories to all those who would listen. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Rickey is survived by his sons, Dakota Massey and Paige of Pryor, Oklahoma and Michael Massey and Heidi of Chelsea, Oklahoma; daughters, Tammy Massey of Oolagah, Oklahoma, Ericka Massey and James Lewis of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Teri Anderson and David of Pryor, Oklahoma; sister, Joyce Massey of Shawnee, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Massey and Doris Jones.
