Robert Wayne Ray

Robert Wayne Ray, born on August 18, 1953, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at his home in Locust Grove, Oklahoma, at the age of 70. Robert, who was well known for his ornery personality, lived a vibrant life filled with wonderful experiences and cherished memories.

Robert was proud of the life he built alongside his beloved wife, Linda Warren, whom he married in Bentonville, Arkansas. Their nearly 20 years of marriage were marked by mutual affection and shared adventures, which included their fondness for travel and memorable cruises. Robert had a profound love for music, often attending Blues Fest. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Aline, as well as his sister, Cindy. 

He is survived by his wife, Linda Warren, of the home; sons, Robert Charles Ray of Tulsa, OK, and Jesse Ray of Locust Grove, OK; sisters, Sandy and Brenda; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
