Sandy Jane Keesee, 51, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on July 9, 2025. She was born December 19, 1973, in Weatherford, Oklahoma, to Preston Keesee and Kathleen (Marcum) Keesee. A 1992 graduate of Pryor High School, Sandy went on to earn her master’s degree in counseling. She dedicated her career to serving others, working as a Program Manager for the State of Oklahoma in the Department of Rehabilitative Services, specializing in programs for the deaf and hearing. Sandy had a caring heart and many passions. She loved dachshunds, enjoyed crocheting beautiful creations, and cherished time at the beach. Her faith was important to her, and she was an active member of Pleasant View Baptist Church, where she loved attending services and being part of the church family.

She is survived by her parents, Preston and Kathleen Keesee; her sister, Valarie Dobbins and husband Jason of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Emily Sinclair and husband Cole, Ben, Will, and Nathan Dobbins; along with many other beloved relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Pryor, with Reverend Andy Pilant officiating.
