It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Trina Lynette (Martin) Jones, who entered into eternal rest on September 12,2025, at the age of 61. Trina was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose legacy of faith, love, and devotion to her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. 

Born on October 29,1963, in Bakersfield, California, Trina was a spirited individual known for her belief in the power of positivity, often expressing, "Dance a little each morning before you leave the house, it changes the way you look at the day."

Above all, Trina’s greatest love was for her children and grandchildren. As a devoted mother, she poured her heart into raising her children, always making sure they felt cherished, supported, and loved. She took immense pride in their achievements and found joy in every moment spent with them. As a grandmother, she showed an abundance of grace, warmth, and affection, offering a loving and nurturing presence that will forever be remembered. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she loved them with a depth that words cannot capture. 

Trina was a proud graduate of Eufaula High School and was a proud Ironhead alumni. Her life was deeply rooted in her faith, and she was known for her devout love for God, which guided her through both triumphs and challenges. She enjoyed a multitude of interests that brought joy not only to her life but also to those around her. Whether it was casting a line while fishing, cheering for her favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs, or enjoying leisurely times with her friends, Trina approached life with a fervent passion.

Trina was preceded in death by husband of 22 years Bobby Martin; husband, Wendell Jones; parents: Monroe Lemons and Veronica Brown, stepmother, Margaret Lemons. Sisters Tonia Lemons, and Carla Denise, niece Molly McKay and her beloved dog Murphy Martin. While their loss left a void in her heart, she found comfort knowing that she would one day be reunited with them in eternity.

She leaves behind a sister Teresa Lemons of Reno,Nevada; two aunts Morene Lyday of Ca and Marilyn Flud of Pryor, Ok. A lifetime close cousin Connie Musgrave of Pryor, Ok. Her cherished children Kassie Gerard-Martin of Salina, Ok, Cole Martin and wife Sylvia of Eldorado, Tx, and Rori Lukes of McAlester, Ok. The light of her life her grandchildren, Ethan Gerard, Camria Gerard, Elexis Martin, Rayne Martin, Tyler Lukes, Alyssa Lukes, Emilio Gerard, and Elijah Gerard, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Trina's love for her family was unconditional, and her influence will continue to guide and inspire them for generations to come.

Trina’s spirit, her faith, and her boundless love for her family will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
