Vicki Lyn Pauls

Vicki Lyn Pauls, beloved wife, mother, grandy, and friend, passed away on April 29, 2024. She was born on April 18, 1948, to parents Max and Mary Ellen (Doran) Nelson. 

Vicki's dedication to helping others and her love for her family defined her life. Throughout her years, she found joy and fulfillment in simple pleasures like sewing, crocheting, and various crafts. Her talent for creating beautiful pieces with her hands brought warmth and happiness to all who were lucky enough to receive them. However, her favorite pastime above all was spending quality time with her family, often playing cards, cherishing each moment together. 
 
Vicki also enjoyed serving in her church. Through Destiny Life Church, she found a passion for helping those in need of support and hope. She served with the prison ministry at Destiny Life Church, where she provided support and compassion to those in need. Additionally, she volunteered for Hope for Her ministry at the same church, spreading hope and positivity to women facing challenges.
 
Vicki is survived by her daughters Katie Baker and husband Michael of Claremore, Louna Coleman and husband Greg of Claremore, and Mindi Mullins and husband Ryan of Claremore; brother Van Nelson of Catoosa, and Tim Nelson of Chelsea; grandchildren, Jazmin, Sage, Basil, Eric, Dominque, Bianca, Madelyn, Patrick, Mason, Jayde and Dazie; great-grandchildren Rose, Xander, Gabriella, Pendleton, Rayland, Elias, Crosby and Lucy. She is preceded in death by her parents, Max and Mary Ellen Nelson; and husband Loren Pauls.
