Virgil Lee Bradshaw, born on March 16, 1932, in Perry, Oklahoma, passed away on July 13, 2023, in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was a dedicated and hardworking individual who spent his career as a Lineman for Pryor's Municipal Utility Board.

Virgil was a beloved husband to JoAnn Bradshaw, who stood by his side throughout the years. He leaves behind a legacy defined by love and commitment to his family. Virgil was a proud father to his sons, Virgil and wife Robin Bradshaw of Adair, OK; Scott and wife Johna Bradshaw of Pryor, OK; and John and wife Deborah Bradshaw of Navarre, FL.

Virgil's passion for the outdoors truly defined him. He found solace and joy in nature's embrace. Whether it was hunting or fishing, he always felt at peace when surrounded by the beauty of the wilderness. In addition to these hobbies, Virgil also found fulfillment in woodworking. His talents as a craftsman were unrivaled, and many cherished his handcrafted creations.

Coaching his sons' baseball teams brought immense joy to Virgil's life. It was during these precious moments that he shared both his love for the sport and the unbreakable bond between father and son. These memories will forever echo as a testament to Virgil's dedication as a father.

Among his many interests were camping and wrestling. These activities not only allowed Virgil to explore new adventures but also served as opportunities to create lasting memories with loved ones.

Prior to starting his career with Pryor's Municipal Utility Board, Virgil bravely served in the United States Navy. His commitment to serving his country demonstrated an unwavering loyalty that carried him throughout every aspect of his life.

Virgil Lee Bradshaw will be deeply missed by all those who had the honor of knowing him. Virgil is survived by his brothers, Marvin Bradshaw and Clarence Bradshaw, and sister Delores.

He also leaves behind a legacy through his 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Virgil's influence on their lives will continue to be felt as they carry forward the values, he instilled in them.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Pearl Bradshaw; wife, JoAnn; brother, Robert; and sister, Millie Belle.
