Agnes Budder, 80, of Oaks, departed from this life on Sunday, April 3, 2022, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was born on July 3, 1941 in Claremore, Oklahoma; the daughter of Ned Budder and Nellie (Scott) Budder. Agnes grew up in the Kenwood area. She enjoyed being at the creek, looking for and eating wild onions, and going to the casino. She also loved to listen to gospel music. Above all, Agnes enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She leaves behind many memories for all to cherish and will be dearly missed.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2022 at the Euwasha Baptist Church with Revered Richard Budder officiating. Burial will follow at Euwasha Cemetery with Darrell Budder, Stanley Budder Jr., Marvin Budder, Lucian Lyman, Cody Taylor, and Glen Buffington serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Brent, Bryce, and Legend Lyman, Reylin Feelin, Nathan Locust, Floyd Taylor, and Jaxtin Cook. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2022 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel. Agnes is survived by her children, Edwin “Jack” Lyman and Jason Lyman both of Oaks, Calvin “Coop” Lyman and wife Kamichia of Salina, and Gilford Lyman of Jay; daughters, Lillie Lyman of Oaks, Henrietta Lyman and husband Arlen of Tahlequah, and Anna Lyman of Texas; 25 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; companion, Ronald Martin; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; Ned and Nellie; husband, Louie Lyman; daughter, Eldean Lyman; sisters, Ella Mae Red-Bird and Rose Nell Budder; brothers, John Budder, Stanley Budder, Willie Budder Sr., Dave Budder, Louie Budder, and Sammy Budder; and grandsons, Lee Turner and Randell Wickliffe; and great granddaughter, Ella Locust.
