Bill Williams

Bill Williams, 57, of Pryor, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on June 30, 1962 in Martinez, California to Avery and Marjorie (Stevens) Williams. Bill was very mechanically inclined. He loved to tinker with anything that had a motor. He had a love for riding motorcycles, watch Nascar and go camping. He enjoyed spending time outdoors. When time allowed, he enjoyed throwing the frisbee around. Bill had no children but had many friends and family members he loved dearly. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, December 6, 2019 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ken Gerhart officiating. Burial will follow in the Bryan Chapel Cemetery with Hank Williams, Jr., Robert Williams, Steve Schaumburg, Wesley Schaumburg, Andrew Rohler, and Andrew Raglin serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Kenny King and Jonathan Brown.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Shipman’s Funeral Home. Bill is survived by his brother, Mike Humphrey and wife Kathy of Umatilla, Oklahoma; sisters, Pat and Rob Cantey of Pryor, Oklahoma; Cathy Williams of Concord, California; Marie Lenzi of Pittsburg, California; Anita and Joe Vasarhely of Pinole, California; Brenda Williams of Salmon, Idaho;  and Nancy and Walt Schaumburg of Pryor, Oklahoma; nieces, Samantha, Alicia, Shannon Birkes and husband Steve; nephews, Bub, Robert, Steven, Wesley, Jo Jo Vasarhely, Leroy, Damien, Frank – o and Andrew; dear friends Andrew “Gump” Raglin, Kenny King, Jonathon and Tori Brown; and lots of family from California to Tennessee.  Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Avery Williams and Marjorie Hongola, Wife, and brother Hank Williams, Sr.
