Charles Morgan

Charles David Morgan, 65, was born on March 20, 1955 in Pryor, Oklahoma to John Charles and Margaret (Stewart) Morgan. He passed from this life on March 6, 2021 in Pryor, Oklahoma surrounded by his family.  Charles faithfully served our country in the United States Army and Marine Corps. Over the years Charles has held many jobs over the years including a private investigator, security officer, dog catcher, trash thrower, and a police officer of 16 years with Salina Police Department. Charles has lived in the Mayes County area for over 26 years.  He enjoyed going fishing, working on his car, and playing with his grandkids. Charles loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Charles is survived by his children, Miranda Malloy and husband Billy, Russell Morgan and wife Amy, Margaret Ashing and husband Michael, Stacey Guhl and husband Thomas, John Morgan, and Daphane Morgan; 13 grandchildren with one on the way; 3 brothers, Russell Morgan and wife Kristi, Darrell Morgan, and Billy Morgan and wife Tina; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends. Charles is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Bernice.
