Ray Ratliff

Ray Frank Ratliff, 65, of Locust Grove, passed away on September 10, 2019 in Chouteau, Oklahoma. He was born on July 4, 1954 in Flager, Colorado; the son of Marvin and Annabelle (Stevens) Ratliff. He worked as a Crane Operator most of his life for the International Union of Operating Engineers #627. He enjoyed being involved with the Union. Ray also enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing, and harvesting and growing pecans. He also liked to watch OU Football. Ray loved his family and leaves behind many memories for them to hold on to.

Ray is survived by his daughters, Crystal Ratliff and Shelia Ratliff; mother, Annabelle Ratliff; sister, Linda Foreman and husband Robert; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Ratliff.
