Rosalee Allison, 87, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2010 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Rosalee was born on February 17, 1923 in Trenton, Missouri, the daughter of Charlie Brown and Lucy (Arney) Brown. She spent her life making a home for her family. Rosalee was a member of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Pryor. She enjoyed being outdoors camping and fishing. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading and playing cards. Rosalee dearly loved her Lord, her family and her church. She will be so very missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Pryor with Reverend Richard Bunn officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughter, Coleen and husband, Richard Bunn of Pryor, OK; her sons, Ronald and wife, Stephanie Allison of Watauga, TX, Mervin Gale and wife, Kathy Allison of Pryor, OK and Melvin Allison of Hutchison, KS; her brother, Charles Brown of San Antonio, TX; 13 grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Allison; her daughter, Lucetta Sneed; two infant children, Charles Ray and Marvin Dale Allison; her parents, Charles and Lucy Brown; her brother, J.D. Brown; her sisters, Alma Sharp, Frances Criswell and Pauline Shull.
