Ruth Fallon

Ruth Fallon, 84, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at her home. She was born on July 28, 1936 in Pryor, Oklahoma; the daughter of Orin and Alice (Crittenden) Callison. Ruth was an extraordinary nationally known Indigenous Artist of Cherokee Heritage. Her art from beautiful beading, clothing design, paintings and much more were exceptional. Ruth also worked in real estate. Her first job in advertisement was in Hollywood, California, although she lived in New York and Florida later in life. She enjoyed outdoor activities including gardening. Ruth enjoyed watching bull riding. An extremely interesting lady who left her mark on this world and will be fondly remembered by all she met and those she loved.

Ruth is survived by her Son, David Rosser and wife, Julia of Locust Grove, OK; Daughter, Cheri Franczak and husband, Bernard of San Juan Capistrano, CA; grandchildren, Tammy Rosser of Locust Grove, OK; Ashley Cavdek of Huntington Beach, CA , Austin Cameron of San Francisco, CA, Alex George of Fontana, CA and Alyse Morrison of Eugene, Oregon; great grandchildren, Peyton George and Presley George both of Fontana, CA and Jett Ryder Morrison of Eugene, OR; Sister, Diane Warren of Inola, OK, Ollie Star of Tulsa, OK and Betsy Swimmer of Broken Arrow, OK;  many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Orin and Alice Callison; Son, Jerry Rosser; Granddaughter, Jessica French; Brother, Ned Wallace Callison; Sisters, Joy Stenson, Jane Cowan and Janice Callison.
